I want a Saxaphone...

And to learn to play it. As a man who likes music with feeling the Sax seems an instrument you can lose yourself in.

I'm not sure if the music is inturrupting the chain saw and tractor driving or the other way round during our long weekend here on the west coast.

The occasion this time a small local music hall and amateur wind band. 'Meland Musiklag', very proficient and enjoyably traditonal.

This is distinctly weird - the gorgeous Margaret has decided that the only musical instrument I ever stand a chance of learning at my advanced age is . . . the saxophone. So plans are afoot to obtain one & get me some lessons (and a lot of practice). . . we should think about some northern saxophone duets

In my case, given I am already struggling to master the Guitar, Trumpet and Piano and all the other projects and activities a foot , I sadly believe that for the time being the Sax will remain a dream for me.

In your case, Good luck, you and a Sax would make a lovely couple!?!

ps, That does no eliminate Sax and Piano duets or, better still Sax and Trumpet, Oh yeah.

I must say that after going to SO much trouble to get you a trumpet for your last BIG O birthday I'm relieved to find the sax is only wishful dreaming. dream on......
